Registration is CLOSED for the Fall 2023 season.
Check back in June 2023!
Tryouts will be scheduled during the month of July and practices typically start in mid/late August. Tryouts and practices are at the discretion of the head coach.

U07-U08: $65.00
U09-U13: $175.00

Late registration will remain open at the request of the coach, pending roster availability.
U09-U13: $200.00
The birth year ranges for each program are as follows:
U06-U08: 2016, 2017 and 2018
U09-U10: 2014 and 2015
U11-U13: 2011, 2012, and 2013
Because of increased demand, we cannot guarantee a position on a team for all players who register. We fill teams U10 and up based on scores from evaluation sessions, which will be announced by email using the contact you provide during registration.
Players will be scored on a variety of skills and be given an overall assessment score. Teams will be assigned based on scores. For questions about this process, please contact Chad Freelove, Boys Director of Coaching, or Dan Calkins, Girls Director of Coaching.
In the event there are more registrants than available positions, Corning United will issue a refund of the registration fee and uniform fees (if ordered) less a $20 tryout fee. For registration questions, please contact Rich Wagner.

Additional uniform fee is required if the player needs a new uniform or has never played for CUSC before. Uniforms can be ordered at the time of registration.
Uniforms must be ordered by July 31 to ensure they arrive before the season starts. For uniform questions, please contact Rich Wagner, Registrar. I’m ready to order a uniform.

- 06U-08U Coed – for players born in 2016, 2017 and 2018
Format: 4 v 4 with no goalkeeper, size 3 ball
Coaches: TBD - U10 Girls – for players born in 2014 and 2015
Format: 7 v 7 including goalkeeper, size 4 ball, two 30-minute halves
Coaches: TBD - U13 Girls – for players born in 2011, 2012, 2013
Format: 9 v 9 including goalkeeper, size 4 ball, two 35-minute halves
Coaches: TBD - U10 Boys – for players born in 2014 and 2015
Format: 7 v 7 including goalkeeper, size 4 ball, two 30-minute halves
